THE ALSTO FAMILY

Aldo and his family are from Peru, South America and were saved as a result of the efforts of an American missionary working there. For several years Aldo was the pastor of a church in Peru. Eventually, God began to call the Alstos into missions and led them to start working in Chile. God has been using their family in a tremendous way through soul winning, discipleship, and church planting. Currently, the Alstos are working at Victory Baptist Church, a church that they started.

Aldo’s wife is Maruja, and his children are Darlen, Oliver, and Amanda.

IVAN Chocon

Ivan is from Peru, South America and was saved in 1997. After he was saved he surrendered to the ministry and began attending Bible college in Arequipa, Peru. After college, Ivan worked as an assistant pastor in Peru. God began to lead Ivan into mission work and he left Peru to for a six month mission in Uruguay to help another missionary family. After working in Uruguay he came to Chile on a three month commitment to help the Holt family start a church. Burdened for the peoples of Chile, Ivan felt the Lord leading him to Santiago, Chile full-time.
